Once you book your package, you will be sent all necessary forms to complete and a scheduling link to schedule our consult call based on your availability.

Detailed intake form analysis
3 days worth of sleep and feeding logs
60-90 minute video call with a sleep consultant for strategies and solutions
2 weeks of daily email support as needed (additional weeks of email support available for an additional cost)
Additional video call(s) as needed (at a discounted rate as long as within 6 months of initial full intake)
