Better Rest for Your Family, Without Sleep Training

You can keep responding to your baby at night and still get more rest. Strawberry Moon Sleep offers virtual sleep support without sleep training for children from newborn to age four, led by Laura, a Registered Nurse and Certified Baby-Led Sleep Specialist. You’ll work with her to draft a plan built on normal infant biology and then you have an investigator, cheerleader and empathetic ear in your corner while you follow it.

You Don't Have to Choose Between Relationship and Rest

Plenty of sleep consultants will sell you a method. I'd rather teach you how your child works, then help you make adjustments and navigate transitions as needed. When something goes beyond sleep, I'll tell you that too.

Your plan gets built from your child's own intake assessment and logs, because two babies with the same 2 a.m. wake-up can need completely different things. And none of it costs a fortune. Support starts at $60, every package is HSA-eligible, and we never gate-keep information that will keep your child safe in sleep.

What Does Baby-Led Sleep Support Mean?

Baby-led sleep support means improving sleep by working with your child's biology instead of training them out of their needs. No timed checks, no closed doors, no ignoring them at night. We investigate what's affecting your child's sleep, things like age-appropriate rhythms, feeding, temperament, and transitions, then adjust from there. Better rest for your whole family, without sleep training.

Expect honest talk about realistic expectations along the way, because plenty of "sleep problems" are normal babies being babies. Success here looks like a mother who trusts her instincts, knows her child is normal, and has a clear next step.

Three Ways to Work Together

Every family's sleep situation is different, and so is the amount of support you need. Start small or go all in. Either way, you'll never get a rigid method or a cry-it-out plan.

Confidence Call

Investment: $60

One 60-minute video call for one or two specific sleep questions. Bring the thing that's been bugging you at 2 a.m. and leave with a clear next step, plus resources to back it up.

Signature Support Package

Investment: $250

Two weeks of expert support. I study your intake and sleep logs before we ever meet, we talk it through on video, then I'm in your pocket over text and email while you put it all into practice.

Comprehensive Support Package

Investment: $450

Four weeks and two calls. We start with how infant sleep actually works, build a plan that fits your family, and I stick around while it takes shape.

Not sure which one fits? Take the sleep quiz or book a free discovery call and we'll figure it out together.

Is This for You?

You've probably been called crunchy at least once and took it as a compliment. You read the research, ask the follow-up questions, and want to understand why before you change anything. You want to keep responding to your baby at night, and you're tired of being told that's the problem.

And if you remember being sleep trained yourself and know in your gut that's not the path for your family, you are especially welcome here. This is a different approach, and it was built for you.

Meet Laura, Your Virtual Village

I'm Laura, a Registered Nurse of 12 years, a Certified Baby-Led Sleep Specialist, and a mom of two under four, so I'm living this season right alongside you. Nursing experience across telemetry, emergency medicine, cardiac rehab, case management and functional primary care gave me the skills to assess with precision, to look at the whole child not just the "problems", and to always trust your instincts relating to your own unique child.

When I'm not digging through sleep logs, I'm probably driving my littles to homeschool co-op, reading a novel about dragons in fantasy lands, or sipping a reheated coffee while exploring the outdoors. Come say hi.
